Bolo Beach Pangasinan Review | Does It Rate Hot or Not?

Bolo Beach Pangasinan was both hot but also at the same time a definite NOT…

In some ways, Bolo was a disappointment but, at the same time, we loved the place.  When we were there in July there were quite a few jelly fish floating in the water and washing up on the beach. Be warned that there are times of the year when  these things might happen and it only takes one jelly fish sting to ruin a holiday.. On previous visits we didn’t have this problem so I hope it is a one time thing.

Mt Tapyas Coron Take The Challenge: 700+ Steps To An Amazing Sunset

Who’s been in Mt Tapyas Coron in Palawan? Do you like the sunsets? Do you agree that the best place to watch a sunset would be from the peak of Mt Tapyas?

With the sun about to set, we wasted no time. From the basketball court (which serves as the Mountain’s jump off point), the sight of the staircase was very challenging. We were greeted warmly by a bunch of vendors selling bottled water, some souvenirs like dry bags. The path going up is clean and maintained. Along the way, we stopped to capture the beautiful views.

Mt Tapyas Coron serves as a popular viewpoint offering sweeping panoramas over the surrounding islands, Coron Town proper and the harbor. At 210 meters with over 700 steps to the top, it is one of the most dominant mountains in town.

Kayangan Lake Coron Palawan Cheche Feature

Kayangan Lake Coron Palawan Explored & Reviewed

Kayangan Lake, being as popular as it is, usually has a multitude of tourists and boats flanking the gateway to the lake and effectively block the view and ruining many great shots and pictures – but what could you expect? And, yes, this as the case when we arrived. Kayangan Lake has been plastered on plenty of travel websites and social media accounts; it’s understandable that the crowds have come.

The water is extremely clear and the colors are amazing. While it puts Coron on the map for most visitors, these beautiful islands hold many more amazing sights as well. Here is everything you need to know when planning a trip to Kayangan Lake.

There’s a little wooden walkway and platform to stash your things if you go for a swim. Don’t expect privacy or quiet, though, as the lagoon where boats unload passengers looks like a mall parking lot at noon. Gary brought his drone but sadly he decided not to use it because of the crowds, the limited time we had.
