Did you know Filipinos spend far more money on food than they do on their regular shopping during paydays?
With more and more restaurants and eateries popping up all over the place it’s getting harder to control that impulsive spending over lunch or dinner, specially on paydays. Fear not, there is a way to eat more but spend less. I’m sure you will love me for sharing this little find with you.
Terraz Bistro and Meetings runs this buffet promo on paydays. For just P 499 (excluding service charge) you get to enjoy either lunch or dinner with a buffet.
On these promo paydays the restaurant arranges itself with food displayed in various strategic positions. Because it is a PROMO designed to get more people into the restaurant, you know the food is good and the pricing is excellent.
On the day we were there it was a little over half full with more diners showing up while we were there. Word seems to be out and Terraz Payday Buffet is becoming popular.
“I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” ― Marilyn Monroe

Terraz Bistro offers you good food that is value for your money. The decor is modern an fresh and are located in a well-appointed section of the Zuellig Building.
And of course, they welcome everyone even without having to reserve for a meeting.
Another thing to get excited about is that the buffet doesn’t have an exact menu with it, every payday is a different set of cuisines or dishes but all the same, they go to rigorous planning and meal design.
After all, Terraz like many of Raintree’s restaurants have managed to cater to most peoples tastes.
The design style and decor of Terraz Bistro and Meetings can only be described as private, intimate and modern. A lovely blending of vivid colors, muted tones and mirrors produce a subtle elegance throughout.
The layout of the restaurant continues as it also offers seating outside in the El Fresco area where fresh air and views can be enjoyed.
The Grilled Chicken Taliwang I had was simply amazing. I totally recommend it to anyone. The chicken salad was nicely seasoned and fresh. Gary liked the Spaghetti Kung Pao, he said the Sweet and Sour Salmon was acceptable but not as good as the Kung Pao.
I was a little disappointed with the Buko Pandan as it was a little too plain for my liking.

Terraz Payday Buffet is held only every 15th and 30th of the month. If these days fall on a weekend or holiday, then its the succeeding workday. In our opinion this is a great way of introducing the restaurant to tenants and people of the local are who may be wary about trying the menu and can get a taste of how the kitchen cooks.
The buffet covers a selection from appetizers, salads, soup, pizza, pasta, meat dishes, even street foods made fancier, down to desserts.
From Spanish to Chinese cuisine, expect the unexpected. Diners appreciate the element of surprise because it breaks the monotony of knowing what to expect.
If you are an office worker in Makati who has been slaving away in your office cubicle facing nothing but stacks of paper and computer screens, then a buffet-style meal in the middle of Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas is suddenly very appealing.
Terraz Bistro and Meetings exactly knows the market it caters to. The food is good and the ambiance is great. For all these, prices are right for the value being offered. Add good service and a prime location into the mix and you’ve got yourself a brand new go-to spot for brainstorming sessions, lunch meetings with vendors, partners or clients, and/or special dates.
