Shape Up Slimming Coffee Review: Hot or Not?

Could Slimming coffee help you lose weight? Its claims to help you lose weight dramatically in just 28 days as the drink contains natural weight loss aids. It is true or not? Let's find out!

I had heard about this slimming coffee so I thought I would try it out. Here is my honest review.

I have never heard of this before. Mainly because I wasn’t in on the “get thin” scene until recently. I used to believe diet and exercise was the solution, and I didn’t really have a problem with my body. But recently, I felt bad about my figure.

Once you reach a certain age and your metabolism really starts to slow down, it starts getting harder to lose weight. Lately, I have no time to exercise. So I was wondering if there is a solution to my problem.


I had heard a little about the Slimming Coffee so I thought I would give it a try. This is an unbiased and honest review of the results I obtained. So, let’s talk about the product!

The products are enclosed in a violet small-sized box contains seven sachets of Shape Up Slimming Coffee. You’re supposed to drink 1 sachet a day. A box cost ₱180 Pesos only (no more no less). Upon opening the package, the coffee can be easily smelled. It smells like a milk tea shop which is strange because this is supposed to be coffee.


There was a hint of coffee, but not as strong as you would expect. The powder and granules are a mix of dark and light brown, cream and white. The first cup I made was in a standard size coffee mug.

My first cup of Zensure Shape Up Slimming Coffee tasted a little too bland for my liking. It does have a slight coffee bitterness, but only a little bit. If you are a coffee drinker, it might take a bit of getting used to. Maybe my mug was too big for the satchel size so in the future I used smaller cups and it did improve the taste somewhat.

Shape Up Coffee contains


Garcinia Cambogia – Called as the holy grail of weight loss by the famous celebrity doctor DR. OZ.  Tropical fruit is also known as the Malabar tamarind, a popular weight loss supplement, that helps to block your body’s ability to make and store fats, It is also a natural appetite suppressant.

Green Tea Extract – Effective as a fat-burner via a complex cellular mechanism involving catechism and caffeine.

L-Carnitine – Transfers long chains of fatty acids where they may be oxidized to produce energy. Helps the body from not storing fat, it will also increase your aerobic capacity to help you burn more calories.

Mangosteen – Has a high antioxidant count, which makes it a powerful tool to fight weight loss. It will lower your appetite and pump your system full of antioxidants. Boosts your body’s fat-burning ability.

Stevia – An exceptional aid in weight management as it contains no calories and reduces one’s craving for fatty foods and sweets.

Coffee – An energy booster that helps in mental focus. This also increases blood flow to the muscles of the body and caffeine may increase in the release of the free fatty acids in a person’s bloodstream. Non- Dairy Cream


First Day


During the first day, I have found that it does suppress my hunger. I am still getting hungry but not needing as much food before feeling satisfied. That was lunch and it was a good result I think.. See what happens tonight.


OK, it’s been a few days I have noticed a real reduction in the amount of food I am eating. Notice I said “reduction”, it hasn’t completely turned me off food which is a good thing


I have also noticed I am needing to go to the CR more often than usual and have had a few minor LBM’s. Hopefully a sign of toxins clearing from the system.


The First Week


Time to weigh me after a week. I started at 51 kg.. and now my weight is 50 kg – A loss of 1 kg. I have been keeping my fluid intake up so I don’t think the reduction is from fluid loss due to the LBM’s. I have found that the coffee makes me feel full faster so I now take it before the main meal. I was also advised by the person I got the coffee from to drink it with 2 glasses of water. This is to make you feel full.


I still think about eating more when I like the food on the table. What I really need is something to suppress my taste. Because my appetite relies on how good the food tastes. I think I may have a sensitive sense of taste. Does anyone else have that? It’s like you can differentiate all the flavours in your tongue in just a bite. Yep, that’s my problem.


How Often To Drink It?


I was advised to have one satchel of Shape Up Slimming Coffee in the morning, before breakfast and 1 in the evening before dinner. Both should be taken with 2 glasses of water as follow up. To be honest I did miss the evening coffee twice and at times I found it hard to drink 2 glasses of water with the coffee so I would often only drink one glass of water.

The Final Results


I have to be honest here, from all the glowing testimonials I read before starting I was expecting more of a result.


To be fair, I did only try it for a month and they do say to try it for 2-3 months for it to work, but I don’t wanna wait that long. I have somewhere to be that calls for a hot body this summer. Even though they say you will not have to work-out to get great results… I think to get the results I want in the time frame I have… I am going to have to start working out.

After a month, my weight is now 47 kg… A total loss of 4 kg … Not too bad without actually dieting or working out.

After 2 Months…


I did continue with the coffee for another month without going to the gym. The weight loss did start to slow down and over the second month, I only lost another 1 kg for a grand total loss of 5 kgs.


TIPS: Drinking coffee alone will not really make you lose weight as fast as you want. You still have to do minimum 30minute of exercise and avoid eating unhealthy processed foods. Eat them in moderation on special occasions without any permanent damage to their health. It’s a long and hard process but with determination, dedication and hard work you will make it. Drink once or twice a day 30minutes before a meal with two glasses of water and 30minute of exercise and you will see your result.
