TULIPS Garden Abra - 10,000 tulips
One of the most frequent gifts of Valentine’s Day is flowering. But in a garden in the town of Bucay, Abra, not just a dozen flowers, but 10,000 tulips can be offered to the beloved.
Tourists are now flocking to the Layugan Garden in Abra to see tulips of varying colours made of plastic and light up during the night.

Do not let your eyes fool you. The pictures were not taken from the Netherlands, rather, it is a new attraction in the Philippines that resembles the beauty of the tulip gardens in the said European country
So, the mayor decided that he would also create a similar attraction in his town. But he didn’t want to just fully copy the attraction in Cebu; thus, he chose the tulips instead.
Layugan Garden operates from 9 AM to 9 PM, giving everyone ample time to visit this place and take Instagram-worthy photos. You don’t have to travel all the way to the Holand or Netherlands to see the tulips because you can just visit Layugan Gardens. Entrance fees are only at Php20 for daytime and Php30 at night.
How to Get to TULIPS Garden Abra
To get there, tourists may ride the buses going to Bangued, then take the jeepneys going to Bucay which is less than an hour trip.
Those with private cars going to Bangued, turn right just after the Sinalang Bridge for about 20-25 minutes drive to Bucay town proper, then about 10 minutes drive to the Layugan Garden.
Aside from the Layugan Garden, visitors may also visit other tourists attractions in the municipality such as the Banglolao view deck, Pakiling Cave of Roces, Bucay Casa Real and the Borikibok Spring resort..
